About Megan
With over a decade at LMN, Megan has helped hundreds of landscape companies implement, optimize, and get more value from their software.
My roots in the landscape industry go back to university, where I owned and operated my own maintenance and hardscape company. That experience — managing a crew, pricing jobs, chasing invoices — gave me a ground-level understanding of the business that most software consultants simply don't have. From there, I went on to work for a top 100 landscaping company, which deepened my appreciation for what it takes to run a professional operation at scale.
WHERE IT STARTEDI joined LMN as employee number five. Over the years I wore nearly every hat — sales, customer service, marketing, product — before moving into implementation full-time. As VP of Customer Implementation, I built the programs that trained thousands of landscape companies, created the LMN Academy online courses, and ran in-person boot camps across North America. I've now helped 300+ companies fully leverage LMN to streamline workflows, train their teams, and drive profit.
